The way is your way...

There are two ways to make people to work for you and help you to reach the TOP:
By the HARD way:  they will do but they will make your life miserable at the end,  because you have just created enemies living around you, so just after you get on the TOP you gonna experience the worse free fall ever since in your life.
By the SOFT way:  they will not only do it but also preserve you making your life as happy as a big party,  because you have just created friends who will not only like you but recognize you as their great example and once in the TOP you will stay there as long as they wish because the real power is not yours but belongs always to them.
